Development plans for Epstein's private tropical island included in the released materials.
Also contained in this recent document drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated plans to develop the substantial island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section identifying various areas of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, including layouts for boat shelters.
Additional documentation made public as part of the ongoing investigative release.
